Re: All games stutter below 144fps lock. Will pay for a solution.
You don't need to pay anyone for advice. I can tell you what will work. First, ditch the 144 FPS lock. You'll want to pick up either a 1080p or 1440p 360 Hz monitor or better and run with FPS completely unlocked. Get a new PC with much faster CPU, GPU, and RAM (very important). Make sure you have a ...

Re: Wouldn't it be more beneficial to move on from 1080p and focus on both 1440p and 4K high refresh rate monitors?
I pick 1080p because that is where the monitors with the least input lag and highest refresh rate reside. If there were 540 Hz 1440p panels like the recently announced 1080p panel, then I would consider 1440p. Also, in many cases (such as in Call of Duty) there is a GPU bottleneck at 1440p, even on ...

The RTINGs review is up for insiders. Is anyone an insider and able to post the input lag findings?

Re: ZOWIE XL2566K Discussion Thread [24.5" 360hz TN]
TN is definitely worse image quality by quite noticeable margin. I guess I am an outlier in this regard. I vastly prefer the look of TN panels to IPS panels. I currently use the 390 Hz Acer IPS 1080p for the insanely low latency, but I certainly preferred the image of my 240 Hz Alienware TN 1080p m...

Is there a way to lock mouse polling rate to maximum at ALL times?
All mice that I have encountered appear to reduce the polling rate when idle and not in motion. Is there a way to lock the polling rate to the maximum at all times and to never have it fluctuate? In particular, does anyone know if this is possible on the Razer Viper 8K?

Re: Acer 390Hz monitor - XV252QF
Thanks for your help. I'm very glad that you also responded because I saw that you are also a bit of a reaction time maniac. :D By 390+ I mean that with such a high frame rate and frequency, many people do not see the point of VRB. Am I right that you are still using extrem overdrive? do you also u...

Re: Acer 390Hz monitor - XV252QF
Should I turn off freesync and set od to extreme for the lowest latency? Can Vrb affect the delay (I can keep the 390+ fps stable, so it's more of a theoretical question, but I'm very interested)? Does anyone use it even at 390+ fps? Yes, absolutely disable FreeSync and VRB for the lowest possible ...

Re: Monitor recommendation
I've heard a lot of people say that with TN panels they have more trouble seeing enemies because of the lower color gamut, especially in battle royales like Warzone. Since you have an IPS and a TN panel, is that true? In my own experience I would definitely say that's not true. I do not think it's ...
