Re: whats happening on faceit?
faceit anticheat consumes a lot of resources (like unreasonably a lot) and sometimes drains the core 0 sometimes it doesn't(you could try to keep it away from first couple of cores but it always respawns itself xd), and the passive recording would also take away about 10+- fps. but this isn't the hl...

Re: DWM - looking for a way to reduce its CPU usage!
DWM consumes a lot of CPU! I have its affinity persistently set on on Core 1 in process lasso, but don't know if it even works: since in resource monitor it alternates between Core 0 and Core 1. In performance monitor Processor Time jumps to like 10-13% max. It is not that bad, but I wondered: if t...

Re: esports 1440p 360hz displays announced
Any news on a release date for the Asus PG27AQN? I asked Asus this on a live stream and I was told late Q3. So hopefully within the next 60 days I can't find the specific month right now but I remember being curious about this as well, so I looked at when it was first announced (e3) vs when it was ...

Re: 240 hz feels like 60 hz, high fps, choppy image, not smooth
I've tried three different drives (m2, sata ssd, old hdd) with fresh installs, with no extra apps (no Chrome, Brave, Firefox etc.) but ONLY launcher and game, still nothing. start off by turning off the brave browser, if the problems still there get new ssd. What do you mean by turning off, closing...

Re: Windows Server has less CPU lag [Lower DPC Latency]
You can just use the results and compare them relative to each other. ie move the start line up for everyone, because latencymon sucks. Like the actual musicians really use this as a measurment(not sure how hollywood people does it though) also im 99% sure you are thinking of dpc latency checker whe...

https://forums.blurbusters.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=10283&start=13 So it turns out I had my power options set to balanced, even though I swear it was set to bitsum maximum oops D: Still no actual tweaks (enablepreemption is disabled but not sure if it does anything and it's gpu related), I just fig...

Re: Difference in gameplay after purchasing power station unit
The thing is that to rule out, you should go downwards, so: Human -> Interference/electricity -> Bad hardware -> Bad hardware firmware / BIOS/UEFI -> Bad drivers / system setup -> Bad internet -> Bad account -> Even more stupid ideas. Because if you try to rule out from the middle of the list, you ...
