Personally, I'm interested in settings for the HDMI port while using a console, so without the ability to use .icc profiles.

Did anyone try to tweak OSD settings this way?

1? You mean on the S-Switch? The S-Switch doesn't work in GSYNC mode...

The problem is that many games don't really offer the opportunity to cap FPS internally. My question, then: is RSS good enough in all those remaining games, and did NVIDIA fix their driver level frame limiter?

Well in some games it is a gamechanger, just that the games I was hoping it would have a beneficial impact with wasn't to be the case. Thing is, those games you mentioned going well are already silky smooth on their own. Sleeping Dogs, Max Payne 3, Tomb Raider, Crysis 3 and even Shadow of Mordor wh...
