My rx 580 is much smoother and has lower input lag than all of my nvidia cards ive used : 1060, 1080ti, 3060ti. Nvidia just has this "swampy" feel to my aim, like input lag. It has to be your CPU, not GPU. Games like valorant and csgo are very CPU heavy. I run a 3060 ti which is slower than your 2080ti but I have a ryzen 7600x. I get 500+ fps in valorant and csgo at all times. Are you using all low video settings? Maybe try lowering your resolution
