There is no benefit unless you run games/apps at realtime priority (just don't or you will have issues). Both csrss and dwm have high priority by default so your input will be fine unless you set something else to realtime priority (high/lower priority is fine because it's the same/lower priority). ...

Did you test using Muzzle Flash vs using the RTSS Latency Marker for measurments? the brightness and color of the muzzle flash is different from the white flash from rtss latency marker, the light sensor may respond to them at different speeds. also game engine and rtss can read input differently. ...
