What have you changed if it's for 4 years only?

Everything suppose to work ok without tweaks. All of it is pointless.

I've played in countless amount of places and it was same shit everywhere. Not better, not worse, always same shitty gameplay.

But at the same time, these people NEVER tested their systems. There is no logical explenation for why this would happen. The only thing could be, that they have some kind of compatibility issue. Maybe they used a incompatible ram kit with their CPU and mobo. Maybe they used a bad power supply. May...

Highly unlikely it is electricity. Otherwise CS2 would work for me at least slighly different in different locations that are hundreds kilometers away from each other.
