Just solved the problem.
I've uninstalled drivers again...And reinstalled new ones, created costum resolution, and enabled GPU scaling in driver options. Now it works 1440*1080@144hz.

I'm using a costum resolution for cs:go 1440*1080@144hz. I have just updated my ATI drivers and created the costum resolution that I use now when I go to cs my monitor goes "out of range" . If I alt+tab to win and back to cs or maybe 2 or 3 times then it works. Before the driver update it worked goo...
