I use 120Hz VT1500 Intensity 22, Area 44.
Area 0 seems to looks even better.
Does it matter for latency if i use Area 0 instead of Area 44?

I don't think you will see much color difference between a TN vs a IPS if any.
Only people who need accurate color for (semi)professional purpose will spot the difference but they'll be better off with a AdobeRGB monitor like a Dell UP2414Q anyway.

I really don't get the excitement for IPS, sure it has better viewing angles but contrast is no better than TN.
For gaming the better viewing angles don't matter.

The best thing to do is to have the wall behind the monitor lit by a light, this reduces eyestrain. This was already true when we had CRT's.
This also makes the blacks appear darker. :)
