Sorry i didnt specify, im firstly looking for the reason i have eye strain, and secondly, im looking for a new mobile phone, happy with the monitor i got now!

I feel I have the same problems as you. For the moment i cant find a newer phone that dont give me these symptoms.
The monitor i use now is 1440p and overall a good screen '(tried the lg27gp83, which hurt my eyes).
suggest you try it if you can find it in your country: Xiaomi Mi Curved Monitor 34
