Re: LG OLED monitor conspiracy

Doesn't help that they're the only company with OLED TVs.

To add a different aspect here:

I personally care more about image quality than motion blur.

Yes, you can use all features except for FreeSync.

Re: One BenQ XL2420G monitor or 2 Asus VG2A4Qe monitors?

Do you game with two monitors? If not, buy one really good monitor since the other won't be used for gaming.

I have a BenQ XL2730Z and a basic Dell 21.5" since only one monitor is used for gaming. Why buy a second equally expensive monitor that is used for Internet browsing or teamspeak?

It's all subjective. I've had an XB270HU on my desk. I thought it was garbage. I got another one, it was also garbage. I rather using my old 1920x1080 TN, because it makes me happier than the XB270HU did. The reason ? IPS-glow. Or backlight-bleeding. I don't care what it was. (I think it's glow, I ...

Re: xl2730z VS mg279q

I'll list the major differences that I know of. Take into account I own the XL2730Z and love it. Xl2730Z: Faster response times Less (slightly) input lag No IPS glow FreeSync 40 - 144 hz True 8-bit TN (very comparable colors to the ASUS) Blur reduction MG279Q: IPS (8-bit) Semi-glossy coating FreeSyn...

Check out this Tech Report review of the BenQ XL2730Z. Colors are overall more accurate than the ASUS PB[\b]278Q IPS monitor.

BenQ XL2730Z Firmware Update V002

It appears that BenQ has released a V002 Firmware for the XL2730Z. It is meant to fix the FreeSync/AMA issue. I guess I won't need to worry about it though since I do not have an AMD card. Just thought I would share the news. http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/news_archive/33.htm#benq_xl2730z_firmware Unfo...
