In support of BenQ said that you need to contact the service center for repair. In the store two weeks later issued a new monitor.

I play CS of 1280x1024 120 HZ could you tell what value: Total pixel (vertical).
when switching between applications, there is a delay and a black screen a few seconds. At a frequency of 144HZ when to switch between screen resolution 1920x1080 and 1280x1024 no delay.
