At first I'd hardly notice any difference but today I did some tests using testufo and looks like you're right. Thanks for your quick answer. Running VT 1350 seem to have significantly reduced the scanlines while maintaining a decent level of brightness so I guess I'll just stick to that for a while, see how it goes.
