DP 1.2 VS HDMI 2.0
Is there any technical differences that you would prefer using one over the other when it comes to DP and HDMI on FreeSync?

Re: Presenting the ZOWIE XL2540 240Hz
For clarification the optimum refresh rate message is there for two reasons. The monitor's advertised contrast ratio is achieved at 120Hz. The 144hz setting is merely there for 3D. While you can use it in 2D the color and contrast are not "Optimal" "120Hz was a common standard. But 144Hz is a...

Re: Any 144hz+ monitors without AG (anti-glare) coating?
GSYNC or FreeSYNC? I ended up keeping my Acer XF270HU over the BenQ XL2730 because of the AG coating. The Acer AG coating is what I would say is the lightest AG possible. The only downside is the blue power LED cant be disabled. 144hz + IPS is pretty great. Response time is about 5.5ms average compa...

Re: xl2730z vs Zowie 2730
Just as I figured. It's the XL2730Z V002 with a name change. Welp, I guess now we wait for the XL2735 ? I might keep it. My only other consideration is the Acer XF270HU. 144hz, IPS and Freesync. I dont care much about the blur reduction feature. I just want the fastest response time with the best c...

Re: xl2730z vs Zowie 2730
The XL2720Z entry codes work for the XL2730Z. http://forums.blurbusters.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2467 Getting into the factory menu doesn't work from an AC unplug power on. The monitor has to be powered on first, then powered off by the power button. Then you can do the button 3+4 trick. Does 100hz ...
