I have no idea what is 1:1 pixel mapping and what it does. What is it and what are benefits and drawbacks of using 1:1? Also I didn't really get the Horizontal calculations, could you elaborate on that please? I'm apologising if these questions seem silly to you.

I have already done this, the problem is that whenever I switch to 1440x1080 the screen gets dim, whereas on 1920x1080 the brightness of the screen is fine. So is there a way to make the screen brightness the same as on 1920x1080? You said you already got it working for 1920x1080. So when you add 14...
