According to the specs you linked to, the max vertical scanning rate is 110 hz (and according to cnet, it's 120 hz). I don't think running in interlaced mode magically allows you to double this. I wouldn't recommend it. Unlike LCDs, CRT monitors can fry themselves if you push them past their specs. Some can take it, some can't. The way to know is to try.
