I'm not sure if i'm seeing pixelation because of badly encoded videos or if your monitor could be faulty somehow. Are you seeing this issue in game? I have an XB252q and I havn't noticed any eyestrain either. I think asus and acer are pretty much the same. But can anybody tell me how the blue filter are suposed to work? When I enable it the brightness are forced to 80/100? Why cant you enable blue filter and set a custom brightness?

I just upgraded from my trusty 8 years old 2233rz. It wouldn't die so I bought an acer XB252 240 monitor and I can say that for me it was worth it. The image clarity is much better instead of running around in a blur

Hello, There is a way to remove the frameskipping on the VIewsonic XG2530 -- open a Custom Resolution Utility and then increase Vertical Total to 1150. The frame skipping stops and the 240Hz works.
