open msi tool v3 and disable all devices (in dev.man) exept USB/NIC/GPU/NVME

So I've had enough of windows 11 and going back to 10. Is there a decent optimisation guide to follow as I know every few months Microsoft add alot of bloatware etc and new settings. I mainly play valorant but I feel it even while offline on cs and even on desktop. It feels like I have insane input lag and it feels like I'm basically 3 seconds behind everyone in the game. What can cause PC to act different every day? 1 day it is smooth and feels nice to play on and the other day it is laggy and almost unplayable.
