how do we enable benq blur reduction on the zowie xl2540?

hi currently have a 250 hz display and I play league of legends and it doesn't have a fps cap higher than 144 fps so either I can keep it uncapped which causes charactor movement going wacky which is a nogo or cap it at 144 fps or fastsync for 250 hz which would be lower input lag the smoothness doe...

right now on 1440p 144 hz monitor am dipping below to an average of around 120 on option 2 and option 1 is closer to what 0 is so deciding to run that as 2 might be better but the frame drop is worse

The majority of in-game settings lead to a lower or higher frame rate. Just look at the frame rate. If it is higher you have less input lag, if it is lower you have more.
