Very well, it seems you have a good MTU for this, check your console when you die weird or enemies moving unnatural etc and ur mouse gets like weird, do you see that error i posted before? It usually comes in group of 2.
no error is displayed in console :/

Thanks, yes I've noticed that too. But other than that everything else seems fine or at least in my perception.

#1 and #2 are my own routers. I am not sure what #3 is?

#1 is a router with openwrt, I should be able to configure it to use MTU 1452
#2 is a fritzbox connected with VDSL2 WAN and I am using it for Wifi. Not sure if MTU is configurable, I think they have an automatic way to deal with fragmentation.

Also what is "Speed optimization is enabled."?

I've set it up to 1452, new result:

How to set It up with different values man? Is there a command to set up mtu?

Most likely it depends on your router. It should be somewhere in the settings for the WAN interface / Internet access settings.
You should check the manual of your router it may be explained there in detail.

No it's OK even if you have no response from some routes, it just means they have ping dropped/filtered. The point is to have the same from the first till the last which you do. The 1492 is because ur provider is using PPPoE authentification. I'm just looking for people with clean 1500 to see if they get the same error that's all. Anyway it's better than most of us who have lower values. Valve network admin recently said the problem lies with packets exceeding MTU values of connections so...

Hey, I've been having these problems "bullets disappearing, enemies moving unnatural" since day one. The problem comes and goes. When it comes to mturoute, two first hops always show as "not responding", is that ok? I didn't check for the error in the console, but I will do it tomorrow and will let you know. Did you find out anything interesting during your reasearch?

Not an issue, first hop is not responding because its firewall is dropping icmp requests. The second IP is also some local address. Common setting to prevent icmp floods. Smarter config is to drop only excessive requests (typically - drop any more than 1 requests per second, however this wouldnt help for relatively aggressive mtu icmp request nevertheless).

MTU seems fine. Issue may be caused by different source?
Unfortunatelly, for any internet connection quality fazit we need more informations, this says nothing. Post pingplotter results to see whether the line has a good quality, good target is (in EU) 85.195.105.43 (quasi faceit server, hosted by velia.net the worst faceit server usually, located in Frankfurt).

Yeah, the thing is, I dont have packet loss, I dont have high ping, (on this server my min ping is 34, max ping 60, and avg ping is 38) but the problem still occurs. My pingplotter free trial expired, so I cant see any usefull data other than ping and loss. Command queue indicators which should be all zeros (for perfect connection = 0.0.0.0.0), are all over the place instead (The best I got was 0.1.0.0.0 for a few seconds). Also the netgraph that should be horizontal and straight, or wavy at worst, instead looks like tetris, and there are some red lines which should be packet drop. All of this makes the game the opposite of smooth, enemies running animations are rough and blurry, making me teleport whenever I am shot, because the server thinks I stand in a different place (I would post a video, but cant post external links). All the problems go away when I'am hosting the server from my connection, or play with bots. I'm guessing this has to do something with how my packets are managed by my isp, but I really do not know how to describe the situation to them, since ping and loss are alright. In addition I have about 250-300 avg fps, so it is not a pc problem.

34 min, 38 avg with spikes to 60ms is not good at all, thats a huge jitter but i would know more if you posted the 10 minute graph screenshot from pingplotter. (thats easy possible even with free version) Jitter is what matters and causes big issues. Jitter is (unlike ping) not compensated by server and puts you into a plain disadvantage (client buffers the jitter spread on its side resulting in delay on your side and if the jitter value is fluctuating and unstable = your case, also causing huge stutter ingame).
My ping here is 16ms with max spike 17ms. (20x lower jitter). Acceptable jitter spread is in single digit ms. Not 26ms, and looking at your graph, your ping is fluctuating like crazy so there is something broken in your network (the game couldnt be playable in this scenario as the game engine cant ballance such unstable latency, what you exactly confirmed). Pingplotter most probably shows you which network hop is causing the jittery connection.

Also 250-300fps is not good in cs2, the game runs smooth only over 400-500fps. I have 3 PCs so i can compare, 11gen 8 core, 220fps - Nope, ryzen 7600 300fps avg - nope, ryzen 7800X3D + 4070S - 400-600fps at high competitive settings, yep, after fixing my ergonomy in last days to not sit too low under monitor, the only computer of the 3 i have at home, which deals really easy and muscle memory based headshots. Even 7600 Ryzen CPu is running the game too choppy.
However your main issue is the network of course.
