I can get close results on windows 11, but here I am using a debloated version of Windows 10.

I have a 12700K with an all-core OC at 5.2ghz (disabled ecores). Constant clock, which is important for DCP latency. I manually configured my drivers to certain cores to get my results this low. I also changed my timer resolution in windows to .500ms.

Before you ask, it is on AtlasOS Win 10
I research every BIOS setting and adjust it to the max
I research every *.reg and don't merge it with hope.
I research every *.bat and read about it before i hit the return key
I read every news about settings daily and and if i add it i compare before/after
Overclocking CPU to 4,38 Ghz stable
Overclocking RAM to 3400 (Research all settings)

I f**ed up 4 OS installations before because i just merge the reg's and bat's lol

I've been suffering from input lag and micro stutter issues for months. Problems even persist in desktop and chrome, for instance, when I move mouse cursor around on the desktop and scroll through a page in chrome. It is not an internet issue nor it is display related, since when I connect my laptop to the monitor it feels much smoother and I don't experience any input lag.
so you're telling me it's indeed display related since you don't have input lag when connected to external monitor? This would indicate that all your cpu internals and software are working properly.

I have been suffering this issue from a long time, and I have tried all ways to find some metric to show the lag but to no avail.
I think that the lag is infact developed in the display hardware due to static electricity or whatever slowing down the response of the display panel.

Try old good CRT monitor just for a test. AFAIK everything was fine for me until I shifted to my first LCD monitor. I could actually play CoD2, W:ET, Q3 and UT quite well on CRT but after throwing it to the garbage I wasn't able to reproduce same performance anymore on LCD.

Always stuck with some settings so some values are not as good as others but here is mine.
