My English is not good enough to use a translator, does anyone else think this update is terrible like me?

My csgo has always had an out-of-sync problem. After cs2 came out, I thought this problem was fixed until the October 9th update and it became bad again.Of course this could be a problem with my computer or something，I have the same problem with valorant and R6, because some people think this update is great.But the good news is that the problem doesn't seem to be related to network and power
