My Razer Viper 8khz cant get 8k hz, the cap is 2k

It is plugged into usb 3.2 port, enabled 8k in razer synapse but in mouse rate checker numbers are not above 2k, in browser checker its 3.5k How can i get my 8k hz?
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550M DS3H (rev. 1.5)
Cpu: Ryzen 5 5600x

if it still shows the same issue try using hidusbf to se it to 8K and check after in mouse tester to see if it worked

Have you tried increasing DPI concurrently with decreasing Windows Sensitivity? This allows to go higher in polling rate.

As far as I know, yes, there is no reason for this to not hold true for other high polling rate mice. If you try measuring your polling rate through the website https://devicetests.com/mouse-rate-test, if your DPI is low, even if you swipe fast, you won't reach as high polling rates as when you increase DPI and decrease Windows sensitivity accordingly.
