I've found some new tests made with 1000fps camera and LED on mouse.

As we can see vendors who specializes only in competitive gaming gear can make and sell products with twice more input lag than others...

HPET OFF = stutters + drops in frame rate + it adds HUGE input lag variace

If I ever get a high speed camera (which I intend to at some point for filming my tennis strokes), then I'll be sure to have some fun learning how to measure input lag.

He didn't say which report rate he was using for the mice, and that is the biggest factor in mouse lag. I think the logitech one he used does 500hz and the zowie has options for 125, 500, or 1000.flood wrote:I don't understand how the hell a mouse can add so much lag...
