Timer Resolution is different in ISLC and Set Timer Resolution

Hello, after some lurking on this great forum i decided to do following guide: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=11394&hilit=windows+1709+qpc
Did a fresh install of AtlasOS windows 10 ver 1803
It really decreased my latency overall, however, my timer is now seems broken:

It shows 0.500 in Set Timer Resolution but 0.4999 in ISLC which im very worried about, as it was 0.5 everywhere on my previous windows.
I did these commands in cmd:
"bcdedit /set useplatformtick yes"
"bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes"
But the "bcdedit /deletevalue useplatformclock" doesn't work. It says "An error occurred while attempting to delete the specified data element. Element not found."
"bcdedit /set useplaformclock no" sets it to no, but doesn't do anything.

I also have HPET disabled in device manager and turned on in bios. I have an AMD cpu.
