disable ioapic 24-119 entries when using msi mode its conflict the IRQs on gpu/mouse its fix the deadlock between the interrupts
if anyone tell u its reduce the latency its a lie its create more IRQs for more troubles when u on msi mode

what is its equivalent in amd? I search for the iopic and it shows for intel only.
