What is LG's "DAS"? (Dynamic action synch)

I've read the marketing cr*p about it, "cutting input lag in half", but I've yet to come across an actual test done in a professional manner, which uncludes: input lag, crosstalk, ghosting and motion blur comparisons between this feature turned on and off on the "LG 24GM77" monitor.
CPU: i5 2300
GPU: HD 5870
Monitor: IBM P275 (130Khz 21" CRT)
Mice: IMO 1.1, G400, G402, G303.
Mousepad: Akasa Venom XXL (890x450x3mm)
