BenQ XL2420Z V2 BlurBuster Utility Error

I'm getting an error when trying out the BlurBuster Utility, help would be appreciated.

try running as admin or other windows compatibility modes?

Try using the older version. Should be linked in chief blur buster's thread (not sure where); the one that isn't compatible with the 2420G.
If you already are, then try the newer version.

If worse come to worst, you can make the same adjustments in the service menu.

I have a 2420Z V2 Firmware. Not a G.


They don't keep the pages updated with Newer or Older Versions of the tool? I'm going right off this software.

Just right click the icon, and click "Run as administrator" and then click yes.
