XL2411Z Blur Reduction - Help please - Dosen't work.

Every time i try to turn my Blur Reduction on, my screen goes black, and nothing apparently happens.

The strobe phase is probably at 100.
If you are using a Vertical Total tweak, this limits the maximum strobe phase.
Go into the service menu and set the strobe phase to 000.
I think its power off, hold button #2 for 5 seconds, power on while holding button#2. then release.

Then button 2 enters the menu.
