Yes, everything should be ok now.
Usually if you select a refresh rate in windows, most games will use it.
However, some games will use 60hz unless you actually delete the 60hz resolution as well as all "standard and established" resolutions in toastyX CRU (don't do this unless you KNOW what ur doing).
like street fighter 4/5 (60hz)
Dark souls 1/2 (60hz; can auto-crash if 60hz does not exist)
Doom 3 (60hz) or 60 fps cap
Computer BIOS screen and windows bootup logo (60hz)
windows safe mode (60hz) etc.
So you should be ok now.
If you don't want any of that flicker at all, go into the service menu (see the instructions at link above) and turn single strobe= OFF.
But if you turn off single strobe, you can NOT use the windows blur busters utility or SS will be turned on again. You must use the service menu instead to change strobe phase and strobe duty.
