what is difference between blur red and lightboost?

Hi,
Please read the other threads and the main website. This has been discussed extensively and also mentioned in the FAQ.

TL:DR: benq blur reduction is monitor specific (so it can work even on consoles and on PRE-XL2730Z models, can work at custom refresh rates down to 60hz) while Lightboost is an Nvidia vendor unlock specific system for 3d vision 2.

ok so lets say I have xl2411z monitor and it has motion blur reduction in it I Dont need to download lightboost right

No you don't need to use it.

you can use lightboost if you have too much ghosting on 2D moving images when using benq blur reduction, if you really want to (Note: ToastyX Strobelight does NOT unlock Lightboost on Z series benqs.. must use Nvidia card and Lightboost how to #3 on the main website FAQ), but I would only do that for certain 2D side scrolling and RPG games. The inverse ghosting from AMA high when using benq blur reduction can get noticeable in certain games.
