Strobe Utility doesn't work when second monitor plugged in

I just received a refurb BenQ XL2411Z monitor, with firmware v004-20141205. The blurbuster utility will recognize the monitor when it is the only one plugged in, but when I've also got my Crossover Q27 monitor plugged in, I get the "No compatible monitors detected" error. Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?
