BenQ XL2411Z blur and ghosting reduction

Hi, I got my XL2411Z two months ago and I have tried literally everything to fix the ghosting and the blur... but nothing works :/
I´ve been using 120Hz + VT1502 tweak but it didn´t help, so I now resetted everything to stock settings so that I can start from the ground again. I would like to ask if somebody can simply explain the settings that have to be made in a real simple way because I am new to the topic I just want to have some nice settings that I can live with.
(The monitor is hurting in my eyes sometimes, so that must be a sign that there´s something wrong...)
