BenQ XL2720Z V5 best settings?

I just recently purchased a second BenQ monitor and was wondering what was the best setting for the version of this monitor. There seems to be threads for the V2 and V4 but none for the latest.
My Settings ~
Brightness: 100
Contrast: 43
Blur Reduction: On
AMA: Off, Premium, then finally High.
IM: On
Sharpness: 5
Low Blue Light: 4
Refresh Rate: 144hz
Resolution: 1920x1080 32bit
Firmware: V5
Also, does anyone know if the FreeSync version - XL2730Z is a better monitor for gaming? CS:GO etc?
