XL2411Z V4 No Compatible BenQ Monitor Detected In Utility

Hey,

So I just got a refurbished XL2411Z and wanted to use the Blur Busters Utility. I checked the firmware and it said "F/W Version: V004-20141205," which from what I found should work with the utility. But, as it says in the title, when starting the software up (in administrator mode, if in normal mode the program crashes) I am met with the "No compatible BenQ monitors detected" message. It says to reinstall monitor drivers to make it not a "Generic PnP Monitor," but I do not know how to do this. All I can find is the Pilot program on the BenQ website, and from what I've gathered there is supposed to be an disc that comes with the monitor, but because I got the monitor refurbished, it came with no disc. What should I do?

Install the monitor driver (INF). I don't know where to get it. Google it.

I have spent quite some time looking for the driver but I cannot find it anywhere. I'm very sure that it's not on the BenQ website, and other links that I find contain manuals and other things related to the monitor, but not the drivers themselves.

OK so I did not have my computer set to show file extensions and had no clue that inf was short for setup information and...yeah. Thank you very much. I really don't know how I'm still alive right now.
