Benq XL2411 blurred band on Xbox one

I'm wondering if anyone can help,I have this blurred line going across the screen (left to right,and centre of screen) now and then when playing Xbox one.
I have been in the service menu and set me strobe duty to around 5,and strobe phase( normal 100) up and down,but I still seem to get the band showing up. I have single strobe on.
Can anyone point me in the right direction,as its really distracting now as I play FPS games and its in the centre of my cross hairs when I come to shoot.
