Ghosting xl2720z? Anyone know how to get rid of it?

Apologies if this is in the wrong thread, I just bought a Benq XL2720z, and Im getting some pretty nasty ghosting, only problem for me. Ive looked up solutions for it, but its all I think, outdated.
