MSTAR ISP firmware update of BenQ XL2420Z - some important info

Thanks to your page i just performed with sucess firmware update of my XL2420Z

i would like to share some informations which can be important if you want to perform update on 2020 year

1) Update was performed under Win 10 64
2) Update was performed Almost (see point 3 below) in accordance with Chief Blur Buster instruction

3) MSTATR ISP which aliexpress link you can find in instruction ( see point 2)

is NOT WORKNG i used

i bought both of them and with first one i got" Cant Find the Divice type" with second everything was PERFECT

4) driver for windows 10 i downloaded from https://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/D2XX.htm however i think that the one included by Chief :
https://blurbusters.com/benq/diy-firmwa ... -z-series/ COULD be ok (not confirmed).

5) Mstar ISP utility uploaded by Chief (4.5.0.8.2) works great under Windows 10 64.
