XL2546 144hz settings?

Pictured are my settings for 182hz. These are the same as the 182hz trick posted on this forum.
These settings produce a very smooth picture with what feels like little input lag.
From my experience using the default 144hz preset in Nvidia Control Panel produces a choppy image and feels sluggish.

I know very little about most of what is going on here, and my question is how can I produce a smooth picture with input that doesn't feel sluggish using 144hz?
The reason I would like to use 144hz on this panel is because I feel that the picture is much cleaner, perhaps sharper, than anything 180hz above.

I turned DyAc on for about one second this week to test the input response. It didn't feel like much different, but I read basically that DyAc OFF is lowest input delay over ON, and I want every little ms.

I have stumbled upon that thread before and tried those timings. I'm not concerned with low-crosstalk as I am with input response, and I'm under the impression that higher VT=faster response.

Pictured is what I came up with using the pixel clock calculator. I think these are the most even timings I can get. Picture and response feels good.

Feel free to clarify any of my thoughts above as I don't know what I'm doing.
