Doubt about Resolutions Ingame

Adjusting BENQ Blur Reduction and DyAc (Dynamic Acceleration) including Blur Busters Strobe Utility. Supports most BenQ/Zowie Z-Series monitors (XL2411, XL2420, XL2720, XL2735, XL2540, XL2546)

You only need to do that if you're not using GPU scaling. It's a setting in the nvidia control panel. If you have that enabled, then your 1080p mode will be used, even if you select a lower resolution. The GPU will then scale the picture to 1080p.

If you instead use display scaling, then the monitor will work at the resolution you selected. That means it gets whatever timings you configured for that resolution.

With GPU scaling, the monitor will receive your 1920x1080 mode, regardless of whether the resolution you choose in Windows or in the game is a default resolution or a custom one.

To make sure, check the monitor's OSD. It should say "1920x1080" instead of "1440x1080" when you have GPU scaling enabled.
