Not really. The types of keys don't really make a significant difference and are pretty much just personal preference.

Key rollover is probably the most important feature for games. If it doesn't register all of your key presses you'll have problems. A higher polling rate is good too, but it isn't nearly as important as it is with a mouse.

Yes, strafing diagonally while running, and jumping during a crouch while shooting simultaneously -- that's 6 keys rolled over at once there. Having only 4-key or 5-key rollover will fail that test.
