FireFox now greatly improved for TestUFO

Post by Chief Blur Buster » 15 Apr 2017, 20:33

Ever since FireFox fixed Bug #731974, FireFox has been running much more smoothly for TestUFO on Windows machines nowadays.

I am now likely going to unlock testufo.com/frameskipping for FireFox -- the Frame Skipping test has been intentionally been disabled for FireFox users because TestUFO's internal stutter-detection logic couldn't detect FireFox stutters. The TestUFO Frame Skipping animation requires completely stutterless operation (perfect VSYNC) for successful use. Now it's working nearly as good as Chrome these days.
