So i play WoW classic in fullscreend(windowed) non exclusive windowed.
And i cant get it smooth allways have a choppy picture, no matter what i do.
Tried everything
right now: fps cap 141 (144 HZ Monitor - lg-27gl850-b) Vsync in driver: on (ingame off also tried on)
any advice?
already move from win 11 to win10 no changes..
only have problems in WoW

Try making it fullscreen instead of windowed.

Enable windowed mode g-sync in the nvidia panel. It's off by default. And make sure it's actually working by enable the g-sync overlay as well. Also try to lower the FPS cap a bit more to see if it helps. Like 130FPS or 120.

I wouldn't know, I haven't played it in over 5 years.
That being said, you have to start with the most basic/obvious things first when it comes to troubleshooting, even if it sounds silly. Because when it comes to trying to fix things, sometimes you'll do everything but the most basic thing, and that is sometimes the solution. Sorry if it came across as condescending or insulting.

It's all good, I don't mean this in a negative way. I've just had to hear so many times in other forums that I should reinstall the graphics driver or something like that. I've already done all the standard things dozens of times, I've reinstalled Windows twice, I've used different monitors, I haven't had any problems for 7 months, and now this started. Even in desktop mode, I can feel that something is really stuttering and distorted, it feels like tearing, as if it were 60 Hz. But it's definitely 144 Hz. Additionally, my graphics card fan is having issues, seems to have a bearing problem. Take a look at this video

This is how it feels when i play every game or even moving the google Chrome window.. very laggy, choppy.. + this strange sound on the fan since today. the strange thing is :i dont even have frame drops only huge stutters, and no sync is working on this graphic card.
