4 Different monitor same weird results on frameskip test

Hello;
I've been tested 4 different monitor and every monitor have this situation idk what is this problem. I sent monitors warranty and they approved cashback. Now ı am using Philips Evnia 25M2N3200W/00 and the other monitors are ı've tested Benq XL2546 ASUS TUF VG259QM and VIEWSONIC XG2431. It's Gpu sutiation or something? or this monitors broken or something.

If a whole rectangle isn't completely dark, then there is no frame skipping. What you're seeing is most probably an issue with your video camera, not the display. Try a different camera.

ı don't have a camera using my phones camera u saying this camera problem but ı tried same camera on xg2431 ı get same results with pure xp on but ı tried turn off pure xp there's no broken frames anymore. mostly ı play competitive games if frames broken like this peek's are weird and my bullets are disappearing i didn't understand this situation. I try this in offline maps on cs gpu causes lagging or something maybe ?

Pure XP is a backlight strobing method. It flickers the backlight. It can result in camera artifacts, like the one you're seeing. It's not a display issue, it's a camera issue.

When you take a picture with a camera, the camera will sometimes capture the screen while the backlight is off, thus some parts will appear black.
