Announced:

I want to note that the random number generator (random.org on the database ID number from first qualifying forum member through the last qualifying forum member) had to be run 4 times because the first 3 potential winners did not have the minimum 5 forum posts listed in the rules!
So 3 forum members lost their chance

And on the 4th random pick, Mdubz showed up and Mdubz was the first member to qualify.
So pay attention to contest rules next time Blur Busters does a giveaway (later this year)! ;)
Hint: It'll likely be a GSYNC monitor! :P

Skill testing?! What's the odd legal reasoning? :)
