Testufo only shows 60hz when 2nd monitor is turned on

So I have 2 monitors a asus pa248q(2nd monitor) and a benq xl2430t(main monitor) So basically i will go on testufo.com it will show like 60hz but when i turn my 2nd monitor off it shows 144hz on the test. But in game with vsync it shows 144fps lock if the second monitor is on or off i am very confused on what to do
