Just got back to town. If I'm not too tired tonight I'll check what I can.

Forgot to update!

Unfortunately, it looks like 60Hz doesn't single strobe. I couldn't find an obvious way to force it.

It doesn't matter to me personally because I'm using it at 100Hz or higher, but it matters to some.

The monitor works great for Overwatch.

I do wish it had G-Sync and I'd spring the extra $200 to get it.

How much crosstalk is there at 144hz? Could you post a UFO invasion screencap if it's not too much trouble?

Also, what is the calibration like out of the box?

How did they handle AMA (overdrive) this time around?

I tried to send a PM to Chief Blur buster, telling him about the sorry state of Single Strobe on the XL2735. He's the only one that has the power to convince Benq to do something....

I just got my XL2735. Are these the settings I want to use for best image quality/blur reduction? I tried punching some of these in but I went back into the service menu they weren't saved :(

The only thing you want to change there is "OD Gain", which changes the amount of overdrive applied to AMA high and premium. You can get best results setting AMA to high and then changing OD Gain. The change applies instantly so its not like you confirm it by exiting. If that monitor functions like the VG248QE factory menu, any resolution or refresh rate change will reset the OD gain.

The service menu has the DyAc settings. You're in the factory menu, not the service menu.

Thanks. Where/what am I supposed to tweak to get rid of all of this ghosting and change the strobing to brighten it up a little?

It's the 'Persistence' setting on the Blur Busters Strobe Utility for my XL2720Z's. I have it set to 3.3ms. Is there a way to do that on the XL2735?

Intensity is "Strobe Duty"
Area is "Strobe Phase"

That's all I can tell you. Remember I don't have this monitor.
