1) use chrome, not internet explorer.
2) hw acceleration must be enabled in the browser.

And please don't use the XL2720Z ICC file! The color presets for the xl2720z are drastically different from the XL2411z. The Xl2720Z is a 27" panel.

Falk, how could you tell they were using the XL2720Z ICC file?

if you scroll down in his image, the file name is at the bottom.

For one thing, the XL2720Z does not drop in gamma as the refresh rate is increased. The XL2411z (as well as many other 24" AUO TN models using this panel) does. And some reviews have shown that the XL2411z's default color low level presets may be worse than the discontinued XL2420Z.

Hi Falkentyne,

Do you have or know where to get a good ICC profile for the XL2411Z? I've been using the XL2420Z as well, I can't remember from which website I got but it was from a monitor reviewing one and it looks MUCH better but if there was a better calibrated one I'd gladly take that!

ICC profiles only work in Windows and not games sadly if you didn't know :(

Although i don't know where you can get one or how far off your monitor is but using the windows calibration and using this site http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/contrast.php you can actually do a pretty reasonable job. Just make sure it's in sRGB mode when you begin.

I will do that. Thanks, how do I make sure it's in sRGB mode though? On Windows' Color Management?
