Benq gl2460hm issues

Hello guys. I got a BenQ gl2460hm. I use it mainly in gaming. I heard about an option called AMA and I tried it but after a while I tried to go back and turn the AMA off and the whole sh*t turned to be in a motion blur so when AMA is on no motion blur when it's off there is blur which wasn't presets before. I turned AMA off cuz it hurts my eyes cuz I feel the screen is soo fast. Any help ?
