No one is going to know the actual answer to your question because no one here would have that monitor. To be honest, it's kinda bad in the specs department. 1600x900 (Not even full HD 1080p), TN, 20inches (Quite small compared to other monitors) but on the other hand Dell does typically do a pretty good job with input lag so for gaming it won't be that bad.

How much can you get it for?

Resolution is fine for this size. It's exactly the same as a 24" 1080p (which is 91 DPI).

But you should seriously consider getting a bigger one. 20" widescreen is very, very small. A 20" 4:3 or 5:4 might be big, but 20" 16:9 is tiny.

As I said, the monitor is very small. Your L1918S is actually much bigger.

You can get a 24" for about €100 to €120. Why not go for that? Like this:

though small monitors arent better because they fit better in the eyes?
Also my monitor is big but small resolution and a rather bad aspect ratio which seriously puts lets say the hud to the far corners
which is really annoying some times if the games made have pretty bad huds
