I don't see any blurriness in the screenshot. It's crisp and clear. Must be your monitor that's doing that then. (I assume your monitor's native resolution is 1920x1080.)

The aliasing on the fonts is normal. You need to configure ClearType to change font anti-aliasing.

did cleartype and still the same. :(

Try resetting your font settings to defaults: Press "Win+R" (or right-click on the start menu and select "Run",) enter "shell:fonts", in the dialog that opens select "Font settings" (it's in the left-side panel), and click the "Restore default font settings" button. Reboot to make sure it applies.
